The chillchip™ is a handmade wooden “worry stone” and fidget toy. It can be used by holding the chip between your fingers and thumb and gently moving your thumb back and forth across the super smooth, concave side of the chillchip™. For some people, this action eases nervousness, reduces stress and soothes anxiety.

Some people with anxiety fidget or make small movements when they feel nervous, anxious, restless, impatient or in moments of stress. Fidget objects like the chillchip™ give these movements a purpose and an outlet and can serve as a distraction in an overstimulating environment. Fidget toys are also known to help some people with ADHD improve their concentration.
